At Moa & More, we take great pride in offering you authentic, handcrafted traditional Bengali foods like Joynagarer Moa, Nolen Gur, Patali Gur, Sundarban Wild Honey, and more. We aim to ensure that each order reaches you in perfect condition and reflects our quality commitment.

Because we deal in perishable, handcrafted, and seasonal items, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with food safety and authenticity standards.


1. Returns – What You Need to Know

Due to the nature of our products (fresh sweets, jaggery, and honey), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the rare case of damage or wrong items delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or spoiled product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The package was lost in transit or never arrived.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof sent to our customer support.


3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for the following:

  • Delay in delivery due to courier issues once the order has been dispatched.

  • Change of mind after order confirmation.

  • Partial consumption or product dissatisfaction based on taste preferences.

  • Improper storage of items after delivery.


4. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

If you face a genuine issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sales@joynagarermoa.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Include your Order ID, description of the issue, and photos/videos as proof.

  3. Our team will verify the issue within 2–3 business days and respond with a resolution.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.


5. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.


6. Delivery Delays & Issues

We work with reliable courier partners. However, delivery delays due to festivals, natural calamities, or logistical challenges are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
